Other ventures I’ve started…

Social Enterprise - People of Purpose

People of Purpose* started out as a social enterprise community, co-founded by three friends - Kim, Sarah and Lily who wanted to connect with other likeminded individuals interested in social impact, business and leadership.

In 2019, People of Purpose* launched our short documentary "The Generation of Change" and held our first screening and panel discussion at Loop Project Space.

Since then, we've held four events including: Open Mic Night, Connect Four, Solutions for a Greener World, Virtual Campfire, bringing together over 100 people in total.

In 2020, People of Purpose* ran “Leading with Purpose”- a social impact leadership development program that supported 20 young professionals to build their capacity to be purpose-driven leaders and develop a skill-set to pursue careers in social impact.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, People of Purpose* organised a virtual festival “Kairos” on Zoom. We brought together a diverse mix of innovators, creatives, performers, leaders, entrepreneurs to lead workshops, lightning talks and perform virtually to celebrate the resilience of humanity, despite the challenges faced in the pandemic.
